Starting back slow…
Ok, so i dropped a small chunk of change on a new bike to help get my lazy ass some exercise.

I’m back to a semi normal exercise regimen and I’ve gone back to taking my CLA and thermal booster. I’m trying out MuscleTech’s new ThermoShred this time around. So far so good, My metabolism is definitely increased. I’m getting hungry every couple hours, which is a good sign it’s working. I’m also cutting my carbs down drastically. Upping my wrap intake quite a bit. I’m thinking ThermoShred is a bit of overkill and HydroxyCut Hardcore would have been a better choice, but I’m already in so why stop now..
